- Shipping is free on orders over $99, under $99 is $30 per piece
- We will ship your package via UPS/FedEx Ground, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.

Storage
Seafood ordered from Oceanzen should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw our seafood is to remove the product from the original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the product into a non-vacuum sealed bag and placing it in cool water for around thirty minutes to an hour.

I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!

I ordered these for my husband's birthday which was two days ago on the third of Feb. Green shell/green lip mussels are his favorite of all seafoods. These did not disappoint! They were extremely well packaged and were completely frozen on arrival in North Dakota. My husband has eaten one full box in two meals. He said every one of the mussels was absolutely delicious. He simply steamed them for a few minutes and ate them with only salt. I have also ordered stuffed clams half a dozen times from this company through Amazon, and every single order has been perfect. I live in NW Montana and I had them delivered to me in 24hrs!The package delivered was well iced, insulated and all was contained in a styrofoam box. The mussels arrived frozen and look awesome and the mussels come already in half shells.5 stars for delivery and quality of mussels. I look forward to eating some tonight
