- We will ship your package via UPS/FedEx Ground, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.

Seafood ordered from Oceanzen should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw our seafood is to remove the product from the original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the product into a non-vacuum sealed bag and placing it in cool water for around thirty minutes to an hour.

I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!

WOW. I will be ordering again. Excellent packaging but even better... truly colossal king crab. No air between the shell and crab meat. This was the best largest king crab I have ever eaten. So great to be able to order it online and have such a great product delivered. YUM freaken yum. Thank you!
Very $$$$, but worth it for a 60th birthday dinner. Arrived very fast!
Super fast delivery. Arrived two days before the original delivery date. The packaging was excellent. Very well wrapped and still frozen when arrived which was great to keep the meat from spoil. The downside is the meat is too salty. You can't wash away the salty taste because it will also washes away the flavor. I can't really enjoy eating because it is too salty. Another disliked is just two small legs for $189.00 is not really worth it. I felt like I just paid for the wrapping because it was well wrapped and speed delivery. Not happy about the price for the size of meat.
Arrived on time, the legs were well packaged and still frozen. However the weight was not 2 pounds. My scales showed their weight at 1 and 1/2 pounds. We served them for dinner and they were very good.
