- Shipping is free on orders over $99, under $99 is $30 per piece
- We will ship your package via UPS/FedEx Ground, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.

Storage
Seafood ordered from Oceanzen should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw our seafood is to remove the product from the original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the product into a non-vacuum sealed bag and placing it in cool water for around thirty minutes to an hour.

I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!

Two years ago I went to an upscale store in our area to buy some crab. The butcher tossed a couple of crab legs on the scale and the price went to 200 dollars. I asked if the scale was broken, which made that guy laugh and I left with some nice shrimp.This year for my wife's 70th bday, I decided to spend the cash for the crab. There were a lot of choices, but I wanted to get legs and claws instead of large legs. For $210.00 I got three bags of frozen crab legs and claws, which according to the bag, is five servings for each bag.The crab was delivered by FedEx a day before the promise date. The box was thoughtfully packed using a double insulated bag combination and ice packs instead of dry ice, insuring the crab was solidly frozen. The insulated black bag with gold trim is worth keeping for sure.Two of the bags got cooked the other night as part of the surf and turf and they were lovely. The crab meat was sweet and the shells snapped and were not rubbery.A fine purchase for a special occasion.
The ice packs they use kept the crab cold and still frozen when we opened the box. The bags made it easier to store in our freezer as well. The overall taste was great and we would order this crab again
