- Shipping is free on orders over $99, under $99 is $30 per piece
- We will ship your package via UPS/FedEx Ground, unless your location is west coast in which case we will automatically ship Express for a 2 to 3 day Transit. Your package will take 1 to 3 days to arrive to you once it is shipped. We do not ship across weekends because shipping time extends past the effectiveness of dry ice.

Storage
Seafood ordered from Oceanzen should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw our seafood is to remove the product from the original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the product into a non-vacuum sealed bag and placing it in cool water for around thirty minutes to an hour.

Arrives frozen solid every time. Very clean taste and gorgeous fat lines that give it a buttery melt in your mouth experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys fresh sushi grade, high quality fish. The only downside is how quickly it disappears!

I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!

I'm not sure if it depends on the order placed, but my order came with outstanding packaging, a lot reusable. I've not yet eaten any of the crab legs, but I have eaten this supplier brand of crab legs before with no complaints.

Very expensive
I ordered from this place for the first time yesterday. It was the first time I ordered seafood from Amazon. Usually, I go straight to sites from Alaska, but I’m glad I took a chance and ordered from here because the pieces are huge and unlike the other site that offered 2 pounds of meat, which I will, able to consume in one meal, this will provide at least three healthy meals, and coming straight from Alaska instead of God knows where, which seems to be happening a lot with our meat lately. I will definitely be ordering again.
My family and I loved this crab dinner! We had it for my husband and daughter’s birthday celebration! It was very yummy and we were very impressed by the size and taste of them! Super fresh and overall great meal! :)
